By using SnappySnail, a service of Pertinacious Holdings, LLC, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

 

SnappySnail is an online platform that allows users to utilize artificial intelligence to generate and send physical letters via traditional mail. The service includes the creation, printing, folding, stuffing in an envelope, and mailing of the letter. The cost for this service is $4.00 per letter, covering all associated preparation, materials, and postage. All letters with SnappySnail are postmarked as sent from Seattle, Washington.

3. Letter Content

 

SnappySnail does not read or edit the content of the letters provided by users. We act solely as a fulfillment service. However, we reserve the right to refuse service for letters containing threatening language, profanity, or content that may be harmful or violate our guidelines (see Section 4).

4. Prohibited Use

 

Users are strictly prohibited from using SnappySnail for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to sending letters that contain:

• Threats of violence or harm

• Hate speech or discriminatory language

• Harassment or bullying

• Inappropriate content of a sexual nature

5. Authorization and Recalling Letter

 

Once a letter is authorized for sending, it cannot be recalled or retrieved from the U.S. Postal Service system. SnappySnail is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the inability to recall a letter once it is in the postal system.

6. User Responsibilities

 

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content of their letters complies with all applicable laws and regulations. SnappySnail reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities if there is suspicion of illegal activity.

7. Changes to Terms

 

SnappySnail reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
